Privacy policy
Version 2026-08-14, last updated 14 August 2026
This covers what we collect when you send us listing photos or buy a walkthrough, and what we do with it.
1. What we collect
Your name, email and mobile number, your agency or business name (or your own name if you are a private seller), the listing photos and floorplan you send us, the property address, and, when you check out, whatever Stripe needs to take payment. When you submit photos yourself, we also record the fact that you confirmed you hold the rights to use them, and the time you confirmed it, so there is a clear record of who authorised what.
2. Where it is stored
Your photos and the videos we build from them are stored in Cloudflare R2, in private storage with no public bucket. Nobody can browse or guess their way to your files: access is only ever through a signed link tied to your order. We keep your photos and videos for 365 days after delivery, so you can come back for a fresh link or a revision, and then we delete them. Ask us to delete them sooner and we will.
3. Payment
Payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not see, handle or store your card number at any point; Stripe passes us confirmation that payment succeeded, and a tax invoice with GST shown.
4. We do not sell your data
We do not sell your photos, your contact details, or anything else you give us, to anyone, for any purpose. We use your details to build and deliver your video, to bill you, and to contact you about that order. We share it with the services that make the product work (Cloudflare for storage and video hosting, Stripe for payment, our email and SMS providers for delivery) and nowhere else.
5. Photos and consent
When photos reach us, we record who submitted them, when, and their confirmation that they held the rights to do so. If a photographer or rights holder contacts us about a photo used without their permission, we investigate and act on it, including removing the photo and the video built from it where warranted.
6. Your walkthrough's privacy
Your video stays private until you approve it. Before that, nobody but you can watch it, not on our site, not through a search engine. Once you approve it, the property's public page can show a preview to anyone who visits it, which is the point: that is how it helps sell the listing.
7. Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at hello@framewalk.com.au. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
8. Who you are dealing with
Framewalk is operated by TJL Family Holdings No.2 Pty Ltd, ABN 56 693 693 408. Contact us at hello@framewalk.com.au.
9. Changes to this policy
We version this policy the same way we version our terms. The version shown at the top of this page is the current one.
